Attached to this post, you can find the final lists for accommodation in our University’s dormitories.

The final lists include the following categories of students:
- Students who have pre-booked (precazare) through the platform
- Medical and social files
- International students – first year - French section and English section

- COMPLAINTS were resolved according to the accommodation regulations.
- TRANSFERS were carried out within the limits of available places. The transfer requests that were not accepted, remained in the place originally received on the preliminary lists.

SCHEDULE OF THE ACCOMMODATION PROCESS IN THE UNIVERSITY DORMITORY

26th of SEPT–02nd of OCT 2022: ACCOMMODATION FOR ALL 1st YEAR STUDENTS (between 08:00 AM -4:00 PM, at the Administration office of the dormitories where they were assigned)
29th of SEPT–02nd of OCT 2022: ACCOMMODATION IN THE UNIVERSITY’S DORMITORIES (between 08:00 AM -4:00 PM, at the Administration office of each dormitory)

ACCOMMODATION APPOINTMENTS WILL BE MADE THROUGH THE ONLINE CALENDAR – KOALENDAR

!!!! If a day or a time slot no longer appears available then it means that all places for that day or for that time slot are reserved.

Scheduling is mandatory if you want to check-in during the period dedicated to the accommodation process in the University dormitories. Please do not show up at the accommodation at a different time and on a different day than the one you have scheduled!

3. Students who want to stay in a room with certain colleagues who have received a place in the same dormitory, are asked to mention this aspect to the Administration office of the dormitory at the time of accommodation (check-in).
